And now, six years later, we’ve got Citizens United. We are trying to fight against extending the tax cuts to the wealthy. Oil companies with HUGE profits will continue receiving tax benefits while our country’s treasury doesn’t have enough revenue to pay it’s bills. And people who are actually receiving Social Security and Medicare actually support a party who wants to privatize or end those programs. Oy.
