It’s unclear whether this guy knocked off a police officer’s cap or was kicking barricades. In any event, he was stopped – cold.

Demonstrations require training protestors on the difference between a mob in riot mode & a well lead group with an agenda. The CNY prevailed in it’s eviction order because an objective judge believed there where public health & safety issues in Zucotti. Kids are being beaten, today, because OWS has no process to eliminate disruptive fringe members, or train members to avoid giving NYPD “probable cause”, which will always produce an aggressive NYPD response. Unions & Civil Rights groups learned this after painful mistakes. They need to step in, now, and help OWS avoid another day like today. OWS is playing the “big game” of locking in Independents for change in 2012. We’re all in much worse shape if they don’t make this happen.
